Ameriške puhaste palačinke

Ha! Sploh nisem vedela, da so mi ameriške palačinke tako všeč. Vedno sem naredila doma tiste navadne tanke, ki jih vsi delamo. Sicer sem te puhaste nekajkrat jedla zunaj in so mi bile ušeč, ampak sem mislila, da doma narejene ne bodo (ne vem zakaj). No, pa so še boljše :). Predlagam, da naslednjič navadne palačinke zamenjate za te, saj ni priprava nič težja, okus in tekstura pa kar drugačna. Ta zračnost in debelina sta super!

Sicer bi jih jaz najraje postregla z lešnikovo kremo med palačinkami in prelite z angleško vanilijevo omako, ampak ta za pripravo  potrebuje več časa, zato sem se odločila za enostavno čokoladno omako. Naslednjič pa sigurno z vanilijevo! Jagode ostanejo.

Sestavine

300 g mleka
55 g stopljenega masla
1 jajce
1 žlička vanilijevega ekstrakta
185 g moke
4 žličke pecilnega praška
ščep soli
1 ½ žlic sladkorja

+
Loacker lešnikov namaz
Mlečni namaz
Par jagod
Čokoladni preliv (jaz sem ga pripravila iz stopljene čokolade in kondenziranega mleka, lahko pa pripravite ganache-uporabite enako količino sladke smetane in čokolade, ki jo vi smetani stopite.)

Priprava

Palačinke
Premešaj mleko s stopljenim maslom, jajcem in vanilijevim ekstraktom. Dodaj moko s pecilnim praškom, soljo in sladkorjem. Vse dobro premešaj. V ponvi za palačinke speci na malo masla ali olja majhne palačinke. Palačinko obrni, ko se na vrhnji strani pojavijo mehurčki.

Sestava
Na palačinko namaži nekaj lešnikovega namaza, gor položi drugo palačinko, nanjo namaži mlečni namaz in gor položi rezine jagod. Ponovi kolikorkrat želiš. Lahko narediš večje ali manjše kupčke. Prelij s čokoladnim prelivom in okrasi z razrezano jagodo. Dober tek  :).

American fluffy pancakes

Well, I had no idea American fluffy pancakes are so good. I made crepes a lot of times, but they got boring to me. And I’ve tried the American ones at a restaurant and liked them, but for some reason I thought they were too boring to make at home. Not the case. They are so fluffy, the texture and taste are really different from the crepes. The next time I am for sure making them with Creme Anglaise, but this time I wanted to do something less time consuming, so I topped them with a simple chocolate sauce. Delicious:) !

Ingredients

300 g milk
55 g melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
185 g flour
4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 ½ tbsp sugar

Loacker hazelnut spread
Milk spread
Chocolate sauce (I made it from some melted chocolate and condensed milk, but you can Make a ganache-use the same amount of whipping cream and chocolate that you melt in the cream)

Instructions

Pancakes
Mix the milk with melted butter, egg and vanilla extract. Add the flour with baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix well, until combined. Put some butter, or oil on a pancake pan and heat it up. Pour some batter on the pan to make small, round pancakes. Flip it over when big bubbles start to form on the surface, bake the other side for a few more seconds and remove from the pan.

Assemble
Spread some hazelnut spread on the first pancake, put another pancake on top and spread this one with a milk spread, then add some strawberry slices. Repeat as many times as you want. Pour the top with a chocolate sauce and decorate with a strawberry. Enjoy 🙂

  1. Zdravo, zanima me če pri teh ameriških puhastih palačinkah prav piše da potrebujemo 300g mleka ali je bilo mišljeno 3dcl mleka?
