Čokoladne kocke z arašidovim maslom

Enostavne in hitro pripravljene kocke so sestavljene iz rahlega, sočnega čokoladnega biskvita in čokoladnega ganacha z arašidovim maslom. Sladica, ki dokazuje, da so včasih enostavne stvari najboljše :).

Če je kdo zmeden glede pinjenca – dobi se ga v skoraj vsaki trgovini z živili, na oddelku z jogurti, smetano in ostalimi mlečnimi izdelki. Še lažje bo, če vprašate prodajalca. Sicer se lahko naredi doma nadomestek, vendar nisem preizkusila kako deluje pri tem receptu.
Domači pinjenec – 210 ml mleka + 1 žlica limoninega soka ali kisa, pomešaj, pusti 10 minut in uporabi.

Sestavine

Biskvit
250 g moke
300 g sladkorja
1 žlička sode bikarbone
1/4 žličke soli
225 g masla
45 g kakava v prahu
220 ml pinjenca
30 ml vode
2 jajci
1 žlička vanilijevega ekstrakta

Čokoladni ganache z arašidovim maslom
170 g arašidovega masla
170 g temne čokolade
170 g sladke smetane za stepanje

Navodila

Biskvit
Ogrej pečico na 175°C in postavi papir za peko v pekač velikosti 24 x 32 cm. V posodi zmešaj moko, sladkor, sodo in sol. Stopi maslo, nato dodaj presejan kakav, pinjenec, vodo in vanilijev ekstrakt. To mešanico in jajca dodaj moki in mešaj dokler se vse sestavine ne povežejo. Maso daj v pekač in jo poravnaj. Peci 20-25 minut. Ali je biskvit pečen preveriš tako, da vstaviš v sredino biskvita nož ali zobotrebec, če na nožu ne ostane mokra masa, je biskvit pečen.

Čokoladni ganache z arašidovim maslom
Smetano segrej do skorajšnjega vretja, odstavi z ognja in dodaj nasesekljano čokolado in arašidovo maslo. Pusti 1 minuto, nato mešaj dokler ne dobiš sijočega ganacha. Če se koščki čokolade ne stopijo popolnoma, segrevaj ganache na nizki temperaturi dokler niso vsi stopljeni.

Sestava
Namaži ganache na čokoladni biskvit in počakaj 1 uro, da se ganache malo strdi (lahko pa poješ tudi takoj, ne bom obsojala). Dober tek :)!
