Ingredients

  • 230 g softened butter
  • 65 g powdered sugar
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 g roasted and chopped hazelnuts
  • + powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  • Mix butter with powdered sugar and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 4 min. Add flour and salt, mix just until combined, then add the nuts and mix again to distribute. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 h.
  • When you are ready to roll the balls, preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Take a tablespoon of the dough and make a ball. Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Do this to the rest of the dough and bake the cookies for 7-8 min. The cookies will still be light and a bit brown on the bottom.
  • Leave the cookies to cool a bit. When they are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar and leave to cool completely. Then roll them in powdered sugar again.
  • That's it!
  • Enjoy :)
