Boozy Balls

Easy, no-bake recipe for balls with alcohol and nuts.

  • 120 g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 20 g honey
  • 160 g Loacker hazelnut wafers
  • 100 g chopped roasted hazelnuts
  • 4 tsp milk
  • 4-5 tsp rum bourbon, brandy


  • Melt the chocolate with honey over a double boiler. Finely crush the wafers and mix them with half of the hazelnuts. Add the chocolate, milk and rum to the wafers and mix well. Shape 12 balls from the mixture and roll them in the other half of hazelnuts. You are done! :) They are best after some chilling, but you can enjoy them immediately.
